Due to the nature of digital assets (software licenses, downloadable content, digital keys), all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once the download or access has been initiated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for partial subscription periods are typically not provided, but access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
If a digital product purchased from Simulator Arts is proven to be defective or not as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please include your Transaction ID and a detailed description of the issue.
Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method. To initiate a request, please contact our support desk.
