Account & Data Deletion

At Simulator Arts LLC, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account or request the removal of your personal data from our systems, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

You may submit a deletion request through one of the following methods:

• In-App: Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account within our mobile applications.
• Email Request: Send an email to hello@simulatorarts.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your account email or username for verification.

What Happens After Request?

Once we receive and verify your request, we will:

• Permanently delete your account and associated personal data.
• Remove your information from active databases.
• Anonymize analytical data where deletion is not feasible.

Please note that some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes as required by applicable laws.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
